The path
The group sessions
We organize courses over several sessions with the same group: this allows us to create a collective dynamic and benefit from everyone's contributions. Each of you will build your own speech depending on your interests or goals.

The individual coaching
Afterwards, you will benefit from an individual coaching with one of our coaches to be ready for the big day.

The Ceremony of Speeches
At the end, you will deliver your speech to a live audience during the Ceremony of Speeches and experience to the fullest the power of your voice!

The pedagogy

In our opinion, mastering public speaking goes beyond the simple acquisition of a new professional skill: it is a real asset for gaining personal self-confidence and giving yourself every chance of achieving your career goals. There is a real societal challenge to enable women to gain the confidence to speak out on the issues that are important to them. This is why we have created a creative 100% female training course that combines public speaking theory and practical exercises throughout. The final step, the Speeches Ceremony, is very unique in the public speaking offerings landscape : we give you a live audience to deliver the speech you worked on during the training. We believe that having a purpose is the real leverage for change.
